This topic is very crucial. Let me share my view as an individual not as an organization representing SEA. The aid is affected by couples of factors: continues political instability in some regions, aid management from the implementers, and sequences of bureaucracy. Continues instability due to political strife, violence among others attract more aids but cause high competition and later affects the quality of delivery air relief apart from security Parten. Aid mismanagement discouraged donors and cause decline for pledge while bureaucracy has it own effect where there are sequence of network right from the donor, grand manager and finally the implementer agency. This sequence of network has little to offer. Funds are exhausted and disappeared before it reach the right owners. Start up organizations have little chances to join the aid network. For future aid, improve to the next level, the donor should take the lead to capacity and coach the implement before fund release. This will open a positive window for start up of new community organizations not only on the sense that they can secure aid and join the raise but will capacitate them and improve their operational skills.
